香港本地配送

我們提供香港本地配送。訂單一般使用順豐速運，運費以順豐最終報價為準，暫不設免運費門檻。如希望使用其他運送方式，歡迎在下單前聯絡我們商議。

處理及送達時間

現貨訂單會在付款確認後 3–5 個工作天內寄出；送達時間以物流公司的實際安排為準。如有特殊需要，歡迎在下單前聯絡我們商議。公眾假期、惡劣天氣、物流繁忙或其他超出我們控制的情況可能令配送延誤；如訂單安排有重大變動，我們會使用訂單所提供的聯絡資料通知顧客。

預訂品及分開寄送

如預訂品與現貨商品同一訂單購買，訂單預設在所有商品到齊後一併寄出。如顧客要求分開寄送，須先聯絡我們確認，並可能需要支付額外運費。

工作室自取

我們提供觀塘工作室自取。訂單備妥後，我們會發出確認通知；顧客須收到通知後預約取貨時間，請勿在尚未確認前自行前往。自取訂單會在通知發出後保留 14 天。如未能依期取貨，請盡早聯絡我們另作安排。

自取地址：香港九龍觀塘觀塘道460–470號，觀塘工業中心第二期4樓Q1室。

海外配送

如需海外配送，請在下單前聯絡我們，以便確認目的地、運費、配送方式及相關安排。目的地可能徵收的關稅、進口稅、清關費或其他費用由顧客承擔。因拒收、未領取或顧客提供的資料錯誤而退回的訂單，退款可扣除實際產生的運費及相關費用。

Hong Kong delivery

We offer local delivery within Hong Kong. Orders are generally shipped by SF Express, and the shipping fee is based on SF Express's final quotation. We currently do not offer a free-shipping threshold. If you would prefer another delivery method, please contact us before placing your order to discuss the available arrangements.

Processing and delivery times

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are subject to the carrier's actual arrangements. If you have a special requirement, please contact us before ordering. Public holidays, adverse weather, carrier congestion or circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. We will contact you using the details supplied with your order if there is a material change to the arrangement.

Pre-orders and split shipments

When pre-order and in-stock items are purchased in the same order, all items will normally be dispatched together after every item is available. Please contact us if you require separate shipments; additional shipping charges may apply.

Studio collection

Collection from our Kwun Tong studio is available. We will notify you when your order is ready. Please make an appointment after receiving our confirmation and do not visit before the collection is confirmed. Orders will be held for 14 days from the date of the collection notice. If you cannot collect within this period, please contact us as soon as possible to make another arrangement.

International delivery

Please contact us before placing an international order so that we can confirm the destination, shipping fee, delivery method and other arrangements. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or similar destination fees. If an order is returned because it was refused, left uncollected or contained incorrect customer information, the actual shipping and related costs may be deducted from the refund.
